About Programme
|
Eğitim Yönetimi Doktora programı, 2022 yılından itibaren Lisansüstü Eğitim Ensittüsüne bağlı olarak eğitim vermeye başlamıştır. İki dönem ders dönemi bir dönem yeterlik sınavı bir dönem tez önerisi ve tez olmak üzere lisansüstü eğitimi verilmektedir.

Doctorate programme in Educational Administration has been accepting students since 2023.

Admission Requirements
|
Graduates of master's degree programmes with thesis in the field of Education can apply to the Educational Administration Doctorate programme, or for those who have a master's degree with thesis in a different field, it will be required to have taken the undergraduate courses determined from the Faculty of Education within the scope of scientific preparation.

The doctoral programme is the highest level of postgraduate degrees.

Graduation Requirements
|
The student, whose graduation is decided by the Graduate School Board of Directors, is awarded a doctoral diploma. The doctorate programme consists of at least 240 ECTS credits, including at least seven courses, seminar, proficiency exam, thesis proposal and thesis study, provided that a total of 21 credits and an education and training period is not less than 60 ECTS for students accepted with a master's degree with thesis.

Occupational Profiles of Graduates
|
Graduates of the doctoral programme in Educational Administration can work as faculty members in academia and conduct research in the field of educational policy and administration. In addition, they can work as managers, consultants or experts in the Ministry of National Education, private educational institutions and non-governmental organisations. They also have the chance to be employed in fields such as educational technologies, curriculum development and human resources management. In addition, they can lead corporate training and development departments in the private sector.
