The Fashion Design Program was established in 2025 and started admitting students in the Fall semester of the 2025–2026 academic year.

Admission Requirements
|
Students are admitted to the program based on the results of the central examination conducted by the Measuring, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) according to the TYT (Basic Proficiency Test) score type.
|
Higher Grade Transition
|
Graduates may continue their education in four-year undergraduate programs by passing the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) administered by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM).
|
Graduation Requirements
|
In order to graduate from the program, students must have a minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.00 out of 4.00, successfully complete at least 120 ECTS credits, and have no failing grades in any courses.

Occupational Profiles of Graduates
|
Graduates of the Fashion Design Program can work in the fashion, textile, ready-to-wear, and retail sectors as assistant designers, stylists, pattern makers, production supervisors, collection planning assistants, or visual merchandising specialists. They may also establish their own fashion brands or pursue careers as freelance designers.
